Please Dont'

From the cascading waters of Gateba
Down the hills of Tumutumu
A beauty was born
A joy to the parents
A joy to the neighbours
A joy to the village

An intelligent beauty
A beauty riled by people obscene treatment to life
She considered it obnoxious
Nobody could tell what next if she only knew

She had seen young lives terminated
She had tried to imagine the agony
She could not stand the thoughts for long
She hoped to put a stop to it.

You may call it irony
but even with all her efforts
she had no idea of her past
her past in the womb
her mother almost sent her to the tomb
she was a result of an assault

She had seen the wire there
so close to getting to her heart
she fought to escape unhurt
causing the mother a lot of hurt
she could bear it no more
she had to live with it
for so long as she would live

her cry
to give it no try
her fight
to have to survive
her call
to put an end to the madness
please don't
all that is from her mouth
its is a no no to kill.

Till death...................

A look in your eyes
I see the love
I see the assurance
blessed with the height
I see how high you can go for us
Your heart is so true and pure
and your way with words carries me to your heart

I will share your joys with me
I will cry with you
through the mountains and valleys
I promise you my strength
I thank the high Deity that i have you
I cherish all the past moments
I look forward to sharing my new life with you

With this ring
I promise to be forever yours
to be always there for you
to fight battles with you
and to enjoy the worlds best moments
with you by my side

This is my covenant with you

and the sign of my love.

Did you know??????????????

PRAYING MANTIS
On growing up i knew that praying mantis were a small devil. Their praying posture and annoying green color did not make the situation better. So many of them i saw at the end of 2009 prompted me to dig out for any possible advantage of having them around. This may just interest u and especially if u have a kitchen garden or many acres of land.

Praying mantis can be used for pest control. This is how....praying mantis females deposit a sticky egg case on the underside of a leaf or on a twig. If the egg case survives winter, the babies, called nymphs, emerge in late spring or early summer. The nymphs have voracious appetites and typically cannibalize each other if they don't have an adequate supply of aphids and other small insects.
